Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
During my 4-night stay, I faced a few inconveniences. The wifi was rather slow, making it difficult to connect and work. Additionally, the air conditioning was centrally turned off, which made my room quite warm at times. I also noticed that the shower spout would drip occasionally, which was annoying.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the city! We hit up the Royal Palace and enjoyed a Flamenco show that was epic. The hotel was really convenient for getting around, but be mindful of the noise from the street at night. it didn't bother us, though. Great amenities made our stay enjoyable.
The bathroom setup was a bit odd. privacy was hard to come by since the sink was in the main room and the shower was semi-open. It wasn't a big deal, but just something to keep in mind for future guests.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid with our teenagers! The location couldn’t be better, as we explored popular sites like the Prado Museum and enjoyed delicious churros right around the corner. The breakfast selection was superb, providing energy for our busy days. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel at home.
My kids wished there were more activities for teens on-site, especially since they wanted to chill out after sightseeing.

I recently stayed at Mayerling and really enjoyed my time there. The staff were incredibly welcoming. They even let us check in early, which was a nice surprise. The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance, including popular attractions like the Royal Palace and local restaurants. My room was clean and comfy, with great views. I loved the free coffee available in the lobby. it added a nice touch to my mornings. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t very effective, leading to some discomfort at night when it got warm. There was also noticeable street noise that could be bothersome at times, especially in the evenings. The bathroom setup could use some privacy improvements, as the sink was positioned within view of the main room, which felt a bit awkward. Despite these issues, I would revisit due to the great hospitality and ideal location.

I had a cute and cozy room with a lovely balcony view, which was a sweet spot to unwind after exploring. The hotel also had a nice sun terrace and a comfy lounge where I could relax. The only downside was that some of the furnishings felt a bit basic for what you pay, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊
